*When do you set up?
We will set up 1-3 hours before the event starts.
*Do you Deliver to other cities?
Yes we deliver to savannah and all surrounding areas
*Are the bouncers clean?
Yes we thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment after every rental
* What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, money order, cashier's check, and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
*NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE*
*Does the price includes setup and delivery?
Yes set up and delivery fees are included in each prices for savannah and all surrounding areas. Outside of the savannah area a small delivery fee maybe charged.
*What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your event for a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days you will not receive your deposit back.
*Do we have to keep the bouncy houses plugged in?
Yes in order for the bouncy houses to perform effectively you will need to keep the bouncy houses plugged in at all times.
*Do you require a deposit?
Yes we required a $50 deposit which will secure you date and be applied towards your ending balance.
*Are we responsible for the unit if it get damage?
You will not be responsible for any regular wear and tear but you will be responsible for any self inflicted damage such as busting the bouncy house or breaking the equipment.
* Do you have a rainy weather policy?
In the event that it rains and we are unable to set up you will receive a full refund.
